Job Description
Direct and optimize commercial operations and sales team activities by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing commercial strategies to drive goal achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years in similar roles as Sales Supervisor and commercial team supervision.
- Team Commercial Leadership, Result-Oriented, Commercial Indicator Management, Field Problem-Solving, Operational Planning and Organization, Effective Communication and Teamwork, Portfolio Management and Collection
