Requirements
- Generate periodic reports for the Human Resources area.
- Keep updated data and key indicators for the area.
- Support recruitment and selection processes (publications, screening, initial interviews).
- Accompany onboarding and induction processes.
- Manage documentation, personnel records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate training and record attendance.
- Collaborate with administrative and operational tasks in the area.
