Job Description
EY is seeking an experienced Manager â Technical Lead to join their growing Microsoft Power Platform team. The successful candidate will design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio, enabling intelligent automation, conversational AI, and AI-powered business experiences at scale.
Requirements
- Minimum 6â8 years in software development or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in Power Platform leadership roles.
- Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in Power Platform components and integrations.
- Experience with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, API integration, and security frameworks.
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset for Québec-based projects.
