Job Description
Operations Manager role at EY GDS Poland, responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with functional leaders of the Germany team, driving operational excellence, and mentoring team members. Location: Wrocław/Katowice - 2 days office/3 days remote. Job type: Full Time. Location type: Hybrid.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in relationship management for larger delivery functions
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse stakeholder behaviour and comprehend business information
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with Germany stakeholders
- Fluent in English; knowledge of the German language is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree
