Ophthalmic Technician

Ophthalmic Technician assists doctors in patients' eye examinations, performs workups, vision tests, and collects medical data, under the supervision of the clinical manager. Must be willing to travel to different clinic locations and work overtime if needed.

Requirements

• Gathering medical records and patient information
• Taking ocular measurements, both anatomical and functional
• Administering or preparing medications
• Providing eye care and contact lens information to the patient
• Maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments
• Assisting the doctors in basic procedures
