We are looking for a Presales Solution Manager with a strong payments background to support Ezypay’s commercial teams in designing, articulating, and validating solutions for merchants and partners. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and technology, with a particular focus on PayFac models, recurring payments, APIs, and integrations.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Partner Solutions role within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, including subscription billing and related technologies.
- Experience working with acquirers, gateways, processors, or PayFac platforms, including embedded payments or ISV models.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, data security principles, and compliance considerations in payments.
- Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business and technical scenarios.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex concepts clearly for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven client‐facing experience with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagements in a fast‐paced environment.
