Partner Manager

We're building a small and fast-moving partnerships team that shapes and executes all aspects of collaboration with the largest partners. Your mission is to build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships to help advance Factory's growth across key industries and use cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships or consulting.
• Experience supporting or leading strategic partnerships, including technical or product integrations (SIs, Clouds, AI Strategics).
• Strong cross-functional operating skills with experience working alongside product, engineering, legal, finance, or sales teams to execute complex initiatives.
• Strong strategic judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize across competing opportunities, and make trade-offs.
