Assistant Controller

Fair Haven Community Health Care seeks an Assistant Controller to assist with daily finance operations, manage accounting records, and aid in financial management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 5 years of senior-level accounting experience, and knowledge of nonprofit accounting software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required, an advanced degree is highly preferred
• A minimum of five years of experience in a senior level accounting position is also required
• Healthcare experience also required
• Additional coursework in accounting/finance
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of word processing, Excel, and database reporting
• Functional knowledge of MIP or other nonprofit accounting software
