Job Description
Neighborhood Health Center is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the financial integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness of the organization. The role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate and GAAP compliant financial reporting, and strengthens internal controls. The Assistant Controller will also support audits and cost reporting, and provide financial insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience supporting audits and financial close cycles
- 3+ years management experience
