Senior Maintenance Technician

Fairfield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair issues, and supervise outside contractors. The role involves maintaining pool and amenities, ensuring safety and cleanliness of the property, and responding to maintenance requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license is required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Experience in supervising contractors preferred but not required
