Senior Maintenance Technician

Fairfield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair issues, and supervise outside contractors. The role involves maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the property, amenities, and exterior structures. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in property maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Experience in supervising contractors
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• General computer skills including operating a mobile device
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations
