Senior Maintenance Technician

Fairfield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair issues, and maintain amenities. The role involves supervising contractors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license
• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Experience in supervising contractors (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• General computer skills including operating a mobile device
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
