Job Description
Family Care Center is seeking a Medical Supervisor to oversee the quality of services, manage staff, and drive improvements in their behavioral health clinics. The Medical Supervisor will ensure the delivery of exceptional care and maintain a positive work-life balance for clinicians.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorial level degree (PA, NP, MD, DO)
- At least three years of professional experience in mental health or human services
- Experience managing others preferred
- Current DEA number required
- Appropriate professional registration/certification by state/national authority required

- Annual Compensation: $140,000 - $154,000 annually (base salary plus bonus)
