Medical Supervisor

Family Care Center is a behavioral health provider seeking a Medical Supervisor to oversee the quality of services, productivity of prescribers, and recommend changes to improve delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in mental health or human services, and supervisory experience.

• Manage and develop an effective staff
• Direct daily operations of assigned unit(s)
• Ensure quality assurance in medication management
• Recommend changes to improve service delivery
• Provide clinical expertise in crisis intervention and diagnosis
