Requirements

• Master's in Nursing with advanced psychiatric certification (PMHNP-BC)
• APN in good standing, CDS license, and DEA registration
• Current CPR Certification (ACLS preferred)
• 5+ years in mental health as an APN
• Experience with diverse populations in urban settings
• Ability to serve clients across the lifespan, ages 5 and above
• Problem-solving and independent decision-making
• Data-driven approach for continuous quality improvement
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
