Therapeutic Training and Support

We are seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support staff member in our In Home Therapy program. The TT&S provides intensive family therapy services to a youth up to age 21 and his/her family in order to treat the young person’s behavioral health needs, improving the family’s ability to provide effective support to promote healthy functioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s level in Social work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited school
• An associate’s degree and a minimum of (1) years of experience working with the target population
• Experience in navigating any of the child/family-serving systems
• Experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems
• Strong time management and origination skills
• Ability to independently plan and organize one’s own schedule and activities
