Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for ensuring the agency attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline in anticipation of future needs. The role involves recruiting open positions, identifying future hiring needs, and managing the recruitment cycle, including job posting, phone screens, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and experience
- Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience
- Behavioral health clinical recruiting experience (minimum of two years) strongly preferred
