Job Description
AgCountry Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and product delivery. The role involves providing exceptional levels of service and support to customers, prospects, and team members through various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for monetary accounting activities, customer inquiries, and office operations.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related majors or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of two years' customer service experience or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
