Requirements
- Minimum of two years' customer service experience or equivalent work experience
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or related majors or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document customer interactions and resolve issues
- Knowledge of financial products and services
