Job Description
The Refrigeration Superintendent will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and leading the refrigeration team at Farmer Focus facilities, while ensuring compliance with PSM and RMP guidelines. This role requires strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, ammonia refrigeration equipment, and electrical systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years industrial refrigeration experience required.
- CARO certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing as well as read and interpret blue-prints and schematics.
- Proven knowledge of Refrigeration, High Pressure Steam Boilers, HVAC, controls, and fundamentals of PSM/RMP is required.
