To retain and maintain retirement plan client relationships and create new investment advisory relationships with clients outside the Bank, while managing the financial performance of the department and achieving established goals.
Requirements
- Managing a book of retirement plan investment advisory business
- Developing and implementing an Investment Policy Statement (IPS)
- Monitoring investments for soundness and appropriateness
- Conducting regular investment review meetings with clients
- Developing referral process from Bank associates
- Clearly defining and communicating the profile of a potential corporate retirement plan client
- Generating referrals from the Bank and other Centers of Influence
- Conducting direct client prospecting
- Overseeing administrative associates
- Completing mandatory and elective training
