The Retirement Plan Manager serves as a trusted advisor to employer-sponsored retirement plan clients, delivering strategic guidance on investment selection, plan design optimization, and fiduciary oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2+ years related experience in the retirement plan industry
- Maintains FINRA Series 65 or attains within 90 days of employment
- Project management skills
