Requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for agency partners and build strong relationships
- Drive sales and growth of property and casualty products through independent agents
- Acquire and retain profitable accounts in alignment with underwriting guidelines
- Support underwriting with account selection and performance management
- Collaborate with agents on strategic planning and business development initiatives
