What are Your Tasks

Independent leadership of financing transactions (Head of Execution) in close cooperation with MD-, VP- and Junior colleagues of the Mittelstands Business Unit (Revenue of our target customers between €250 Mio. and approximately €3 Bn.; financing volumes between €25 Mio. and €500 Mio.)

Attraction of new clients - together with the team - in the field of private and listed companies from the upper middle class ("target customers")

Independent development, organization and implementation of sales, marketing and public relations measures

Independent contribution to the establishment and further development of the capital market and private equity/venture capital business for FCF

Taking over further tasks and responsibility in consultation with the management to lead FCF

What FCF expects from you

Commercial education or completed studies/advanced training with negotiable English

At least 8+ years of practical, relevant experience at leading names in investment banking, corporate finance or DCM with a clear focus on financing transactions with as many financing instruments as possible (Director-level corresponding track record)

Champions league skills in all investment banking and corporate finance tasks/tools/processes to independently lead and ensure the execution of complex projects (including contract negotiations) at the highest level

Established network of financiers in the debt and equity area

Excellent leadership qualities and a high degree of self-motivation and self-initiative to always make something better or the best from the good

Absolute team ability and interest in training and growing our junior team
