Investment Banking Associate (m/w/d) - Attractive Salary in the Top Quartile of Investment Banks

What are your tasks

As an Associate, you will work - depending on the project staffing requirements - in the team with senior colleagues (VP, Director, Managing Director) to effectively/efficiently manage our transactions and with junior colleagues (Analysts and interns) in 'daily management' to complete deal requirements at 'Champions League' level.

Assistance with financing projects in the equity, debt, and asset-based sectors for existing and new clients

Creation and conceptualization of company valuations, financial models, and investment analyses (all evaluation methods)

Creation and conceptualization of information memoranda and company presentations, as well as data room management

Independent interaction (Conference Calls, Meetings, Workshops) with customers/companies and investors/buyers as well as other advisors (WPs, Lawyers)

Creation of capital market, industry, and competition analyses, as well as monitoring of sector and capital market trends

Support for the development, organization, and implementation of sales, marketing, and public relations measures for FCF

What FCF expects from you

Outstanding Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration

At least 3+ years of practical, relevant experience at leading names in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity

Champions League skills in all investment banking and corporate finance tasks/tools/processes

Outstanding academic achievements, proven leadership qualities, and a high level of self-motivation and initiative to make something better or the best out of the good

Excellent problem-solving skills, independent action, and absolute team ability and interest in a family-like work climate
