Responsibilities
- Equity and debt transactions with international financiers/investors
- Independent creation/development of company valuations, financial models and investment analyses (all valuation methods)
- Independent creation/development of information memoranda and company presentations as well as management of data rooms
- Management of all investment banking activities within the framework of the overarching, longer and more complex transaction processes in the team
- Interaction (Conference Calls, Meetings, Workshops) with customers/companies and investors/buyers as well as other consultants (WPs, lawyers)
What FCF expects from you
Requirements
- Excellent bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
- Practical experience of at least 6 months in investment banking, banking, corporate finance, private equity or venture capital
- Advanced knowledge of common analytical and quantitative valuation methods, financial modeling and accounting
- Fluent German and English skills (spoken/written) as well as an excellent command of all MS Office applications and IB tools
- High commitment, reliability, fast grasp of things, outstanding analytical skills, a high degree of personal initiative, a forward-looking approach and pleasure in challenging tasks in independent working style
- Absolute team capability and interest in a family-like working climate
