Senior Systems Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to play a key role in managing and advancing our virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure. This position is responsible for maintaining critical systems that support business operations 24/7/365 while helping lead cloud migration efforts and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

What You Will Do

As a Senior System Engineer, you will lead enterprise infrastructure operations, manage and optimize virtual infrastructure environments, administer VMware platforms, and ensure system redundancy, performance, scalability, and availability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 environment
• Extensive experience administering VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologies
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments
• Experience managing virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms
• Knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices
• Experience with configuration management and change control processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
