Requirements
- Bachelor/master’s degree in economics, Languages, or related fields
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles
- Goal oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, flexible and great with people
- Strong customer orientation
- Curious, eager to learn and have a hands-on approach
- Good knowledge of Excel and other IT tools, while a good knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus (Spanish & French)
