Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Comprehensive sales experience in complex technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance with high degree of graduation orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high degree of self-initiative
- Experience in lighting industry or related technical industries
- Safe handling of bidding systems such as SIMAP, knowledge of relevant project processes
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Travel readiness within Switzerland, motivation to further develop the sales region actively
