Job Description
FĂ©lix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. and is looking for a Data Analyst to join their AI team. The role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to improve the AI's quality.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within AI, NLP, or Product-focused teams
- Proven 1-2+ years of experience measuring Chatbot/LLM metrics
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery / DBT / Firestore) and experience with BI tools like Omni / Tableau / PowerBI / Looker or similar
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills
