FĂ©lix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., and we're looking for a Data Analyst to help us improve our AI-powered chatbot and customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within AI, NLP, or Product-focused teams.
- Proven 1-2+ years of experience measuring Chatbot/LLM metrics.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Omni / Tableau / PowerBI / Looker or similar.
- Ability to explain to a non-technical stakeholder why a 1% drop in F1 score matters for our users and impact on other KPI’s.
- Advanced English and Spanish (crucial for analyzing our users' regional nuances).
