Senior Product Designer

Félix is a fintech company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help coach and influence others, while creating new and effective ways of working across the entire UX team. Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• At least 7+ years of consumer product design experience
• Proficiency in Figma
• Comfort using AI-powered tools
• Experience working with Product Management and Design teams
• Experience contributing to, or establishing, design systems and component libraries
• Strong mobile experience
• Great communication skills
• Experience and are comfortable validating concepts through research, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and user testing
