Senior Product Designer

Félix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. We are a hyper-growth Series B company with a mission to empower our customers by creating financial tools that make their lives better. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help coach and influence others, while creating new and effective ways of working across the entire UX team.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• At least 7+ years of consumer product design experience
• Proficiency in Figma as primary design tool
• Comfort using AI-powered tools
• Experience working with Product Management and Design teams
• Experience contributing to, or establishing, design systems and component libraries
• Strong mobile experience
• Great communication skills
• Experience validating concepts through research, prototyping, and user testing
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
• Self-drive and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem solving skills and high design caliber
