Job Description
FĂ©lix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., and we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the design of our products and user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a lead role in the design and execution of new products and user experiences, and work closely with engineers, researchers, product managers, data analysts, and support teams to define product and user experience strategy.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- At least 7+ years of consumer product design experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfort using AI-powered tools
- Experience working with Product Management and Design teams
- Experience contributing to, or establishing, design systems and component libraries
- Strong mobile experience
- Great communication skills
- Experience and are comfortable validating concepts through research, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and user testing
