Sales Director - Greater China

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a Sales Director based in Shanghai to drive sales strategy for the China market and maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

• Develop and understand sales strategy with China team
• Maintain effective account and credit management for distributors
• Manage relationships between distributors and internal departments
• Work with distributors to place future dated orders and provide sales forecast
• Monitor and assist distributors on sales promotions and rebate schemes
• Maintain control of distributors' inventory
• Develop direct relationship with mainland China dealers
• Develop workflow and communication strategies with marketing team and distributors
• Establish and generate sales reporting and analytics
