Sales Support Representative-Residential Builder

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Responsibilities include working with Sales associates to support customer needs, ensuring delivery of personalized customer service, and answering sales calls.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience in construction, showroom, building supplies preferred
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell
• Ability to learn product knowledge and processes
