Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position as a Construction Site Manager in building projects, preferably in the residential or tertiary sector.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and labor risk prevention.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, planning, organization, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software specific to the sector (e.g. AutoCAD, Presto, Project).
• Communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• B driving license.
