Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager in building projects, preferably of great magnitude.
- Solid knowledge of project management, cost control, and work planning.
- Ability to lead teams and manage people.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Presto, etc.).
- Advanced level of Spanish, with value placed on knowledge of Galician.
- Driving license and availability for travel within the province of A Coruña.
- Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented and commitment to quality.
