Requirements
- Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Architecture, or similar university degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager in building projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, urban planning, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Advanced management of project management tools (MS Project, Presto, or similar) and CAD software.
- Leadership, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work in the province of Orense.
- B driving license and personal vehicle.
