The Training Program Manager will build, implement, and maintain the I-66 EMP training program. This role involves evaluating and maintaining compliance with regulatory and contractual training requirements, building out a calendar of required training, and managing the training budget. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business, education, or a related field and 3 years of training management experience.
