Job Description
The Training Program Manager will build, implement, and maintain the I-77 EMP training program. They will also perform and facilitate employee training and collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- OSHA 500 certification or other training certification preferred
- Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods, training evaluation methodologies, and OSHA, DOT, EPA training requirements preferred
- Master's degree in business, education, or related field and 3 years of training management experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of training management experience, OR Associate's degree with 7+ years of training management experience
