The role involves identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates, managing the recruitment process, and working with hiring managers to define the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in a fast-growing tech environment
- Degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or a similar field
- C1 or Native English and Spanish level
- Experience working with ATS systems
