Job Description
Fidelity is looking for a bilingual Advisor Service Centre Representative to provide exceptional customer service to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors in our inbound contact centre. The successful candidate will work directly with advisors and investors to provide support with short-term and long-term investment strategies.
Requirements
- College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
- Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Strong desire to learn and grow

- Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems
