We're looking for an Institutional Sales and RFP Manager to join our Pension Sales team in Tokyo. The role involves relationship management and proposal development, including creating RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across institutional and wholesale channels. The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in pension or institutional sales and strong investment management knowledge.
Requirements
- 3â5+ years of experience in pension or institutional sales within asset management
- Broad investment management knowledge
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills, written and oral
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines proactively
