The Business Development Representative will drive pipeline generation and early customer engagement across inbound and outbound channels.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Proven ability to generate and qualify pipeline
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to run structured discovery and uncover customer needs
• High ownership mindset with strong organization and attention to detail
• Analytical approach to improving performance through metrics
