Account Executive, Enterprise (Tokyo, Japan)

Figma is growing its team and seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and revenue with its Enterprise customers. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with key executive decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and delivering innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business with an Enterprise book of customers (5000+ FTEs)
• Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex sales cycles (6 months+)
