Job Description
Figma is looking for a Field Enablement Manager to support their rapidly growing sales function in AMER. The role involves owning the enablement strategy and roadmap for Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments, working closely with regional sales leadership, and adapting global onboarding and training initiatives for the AMER audience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or other field-facing GTM roles
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales motions, including multi-threaded Enterprise or Strategic deals
- Proven ability to drive improvements in pipeline quality, deal progression, or win rates
- Strong business acumen and execution skills
- Ability to prioritize high-impact work tied to revenue outcomes
