Job Description
FIGS is looking for a Part-Time Community Hub Associate to represent the brand, provide customer service, and support back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have previous retail and stockroom experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a focus on customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to unpack, organize, and lift inventory (5-50 lbs)
- Basic computer skills, retail math knowledge, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred)
