The company is looking for an HR Business Partner/HR Manager to lead the charge in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring foundational HR processes are flawless.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years in a Business Partner or Manager-level role
- Experience in coaching managers, leadership development, operationalizing success, strategy and insights, talent reviews and succession, employee relations, and compliance
- Leadership experience, including managing at least one direct report
- ER expertise, including handling complex employee relations and workplace investigations
- Payroll & benefits oversight, including payroll cycles, tax compliance, and benefits management
- Talent management experience, including designing or executing performance review and goal-setting cycles
