Job Description
We are seeking a Resolution Strategy, Operations and CASS Analyst to join our Resolution Strategy, Operations and CASS (ReSOC) department. The successful candidate will support the CASS Operations, Data and Risk team, apply a risk-based approach to prioritize incoming correspondence and data, and produce analysis and MI for stakeholders to support timely decision-making.
Requirements
- Prior experience of case management systems e.g. Salesforce, Tableau and related workflows
- Prior experience of data analysis and reporting using large datasets
- Demonstrable experience of using MS Excel to intermediate level
